Indoor Styled Shoot at Manor by the Lake by Copper & Blossom

With this styled shoot taking place in early February, we knew that we would be constrained by the weather. We had initially hoped that we would be able to get out into the beautiful grounds of Manor by the Lake, at least for a few photos, but unfortunately Storm Ciara had other ideas!

With the forecast predicting lots of rain and high winds, we changed our plans and decided to undertake the entire shoot in the bridal suite. Not that this hampered the shoot in any way. In fact, it gave us more time to play around with the styling and try out some additional fun ideas!

Despite the storm raging outside, we wanted the shoot to have a bright and airy feel to it. The bridal suite was the perfect backdrop with a beautiful silver four-poster bed, a white chaise lounge and a gorgeous dressing table all adding to the feeling of luxury.

The aim of the shoot was to showcase bridal gowns, accessories and combine this with on-trend hair and make-up. The shoot involved four bridal models, multiple dresses and at least four flower arrangements - we were so spoiled for choice that we probably could have made the shoot last for a whole week!

The resulting images exceeded all of our expectations and even verged on being highly editorial in feel! Everything just came together so naturally - the hair, the make-up, the accessories, the flowers and the styling - and provided us with some gorgeous shots. We managed to gather a selection of images that showcase a range of different looks and ideas that hopefully will provide inspiration for any bride-to-be!
