    A stylish 5 piece Funk & Disco Band - Formed in early 2020, The Groove Club Collective have become one of the "go to" choices for events and private parties. Bringing you our own take on a variety of funky, dance and disco tunes, you cant help yourself but to get up on that dancefloor and sing along, in fact its actively encouraged!

    We pride ourselves on being experienced and talented musicians who will bring you the very best in entertainment, with songs and clever medleys from the likes of Chaka Khan, Dua Lipa, Jamiroquai, Luther Vandross, CHIC!, Rolls Royce, James Brown, Justin Timberlake, Joss Stone, Duran Duran, Bruno Mars, Stevie Wonder, Tom Misch, M-People and many, many more there really is something for everyone.

    With a large and versatile genre of music incorporated within the sets, we are able to perform seamlessly and will also incorporate client favourites along with 1st dance choices so that you get what you want from the band you choose.

    Throughout the course of our musical union, the members of The Groove Club Collective have prided ourselves on having a unique quality to our performances and the music we cover. Gladly we have won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life, performing at a variety of venues and making countless public appearances around the UK, all the while creating new song versions and medleys. Having two music teachers within the band, along with an onboard professional sound guy this helps with creativity and the unique twist that other bands are seemingly trying to imitate. We can incorporate a brass section and a variety of vocals ranging from our frontwoman to our very own rapping drummer. Our unique style has earned the admiration and affection of all who hear us play live.

    From our first interaction to the last dance, Carmen made the entire process of planning our 10th Wedding anniversary party seamless. Her experience was recognisable from the start as she guided us through the process, answered all of our questions, and gave recommendations that made the evening unforgettable. The band arrived early to set up, the stage was organized and the lights added great ambiance. We requested music for one hour before the cocktail reception as we welcomed guests and took photos. For the party, we chose a list of songs to play and the band filled in the blanks. We had so much fun, they kept the dance floor packed and they're all incredible entertainers/musicians. We lost track of the number of compliments we've received on the band energy, professionalism and talent. I honestly can't recommend hiring GCC for your event strongly enough. They made a very special day for us even more special.

    I booked these guys for my 50th Birthday party and was not disappointed. There were many bands to choose from but I liked their range of artists and who doesn't love a bit of funk and disco. They played non stop and the dance floor was always filled, everyone commented on how good they were and they truly made the night, I actually wanted to book another party just so we could enjoy them again!
