    Sarah is a self-taught baker with a passion for creating happiness through food. With ten years of experience, and after spending countless hours creating various macaron flavours and gifting to friends, the business began in 2022 following a revelation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using the traditional French method to create all macaron shells, our delicious fillings come from fresh ingredients to taste as authentic as possible.

    All wedding macarons are made bespoke to order, based on your wishes and requirements. If you have a specific theme in mind, then talk to us! We work with every couple to ensure that the dreams for their big day become a reality. Bold and striking or elegant and serene? The choice is up to you.

    Sarah supplied us a tower and cake for our wedding this year. Both tasted amazing and she matched our theme colours perfectly.

    We had a tower for our rustic wedding in the Summer. Sarah matched the macarons to my dried flowers and we had the tower alongside our wedding cake. By the end of the evening there were no macarons left at all! Absolutely delicious and our guests loved them!
