This Real Wedding has been shared by Mines Leisure Hire, a quality marquee and furniture hire company who can transform any venue into the one of your dreams. Take a look at how they have transformed this dull village hall into the most beautiful wedding setting for Mr and Mrs Morrison to celebrate their wedding day.
Here's what Sophie of Mines Leisure Hire has to say of this transformation...
All weddings carry exceptional importance to us, however this wedding was especially important to Gemma, our Operations Manager, as Mr and Mrs Morrison are very close family friends of hers. They chose to get married on the Saturday of the Easter Weekend - it was the most glorious weekend weather wise for a wedding to take place. The sun was shining and the setting was lovely; a beautiful little sleepy Village in Wiltshire. The couple hired out the local village hall, which was nothing amazing, but we knew how we could transform it into the wedding day they wanted.
They were totally in our hands, but felt entirely confident that they would end up with the result they had in their minds. Gemma took charge and worked out the colour theme for them. It was really lovely for her to be involved personally as well as professionally.
As you can see from the photo above , it really was a transformation.
Gemma picked out the table linen to fit in with the country feel the wedding had. The couple used wood for the little touches such as the place-name holders, centre pieces and the wedding cake stand. The brides late father was a Postman and full of character so the bride wanted a postbox for guests to pop their Wedding cards into to honour him.
Gemma wrote a poem to go on the front of the postbox which again was a personal touch. The bride also provided flip flops for the ladies for later on in the evening when the dancing in heels became to painful!!!!! This was a very popular and much appreciated touch from the Bride!!!!
Mines Leisure Hire provided all the tables, chairs, linen, lighting, glassware, crockery and cutlery to complete their special day. They chose Limewash Chivari chairs with ivory seat pads and white table linen with 'pebble grey' coloured napkins. The cutlery was our Mascagni range, the crockery our Lubiana range and the glassware from our Tempo range, with tulip glass tumblers. I think you will agree the tables looked stunning!
And best of all, the couple didn't have to worry about a thing.......they even sent all the crockery, cutlery and glassware back to us dirty. No washing up for anyone!! A perfect way to end a perfect day.
We loved transforming this village hall, and most importantly the happy couple were more than delighted with the transformation. It was completely unrecognisable by the end!
We wish Mr and Mrs Morrison lots of love and happiness in their future together.
