Real Wedding: Catherine & Pete at Mount Pleasant Farm
This gorgeous real wedding is from Nicole Gamlin of The Floral Studio, a florist based in Purton covering Wiltshire and beyond.
We only met Catherine and Pete the day before their wedding, as they live away. Catherine said "I have no idea what my flowers are going to look like, but I'm sure they will be lovely". A list of all the family favourites; sweetpeas, scented stocks, eucalyptus, succulents, mentha roses, scented freesias, french ruskus, lisianthus and gypsophila were incorporated to create a romantic summer wedding. Catherine carried a beautiful hand-tied bouquet, and the bridesmaids carried tied sheafs."
Here's what Catherine and Pete had to say "We just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you for helping to make our day so special. The flowers were stunning, it seems a shame we won’t be able to enjoy them as we are now off on honeymoon, but my family will continue to love them!"
Nicole says "The bride and groom married at St Andrew's Church, Wanborough, where we installed a greenery archway, perfect for the photographs! After the ceremony we removed and transported the garland to the top table. Floral installations were hung from the marquee ceiling, Vases and jars adorned the wedding breakfast tables adding country romance. The scent of the flowers was exquisite!
Congratulations to our lovely bride and groom, we thoroughly enjoyed working with you on your wedding day! A huge thank you to our accountant for recommending us to such a lovely family!"
