Real Wedding: Shannon & Robert Lucknam Park Hotel

Having a celebrant officiate your wedding day is becoming more and more popular with couples wanting to ensure every part of their wedding day is as bespoke and unique to them as possible. Ana of Kelly Celebrant sent in this lovely real wedding...

"This wedding took place in the beautiful surroundings of Lucknam Park, made even more glorious by the dusting of winter snow in December 2017. Usually this venue uses a Registrar, as it is a Licensed venue. However, the couple want the flexibility of having religious readings, and so completed their statutory declarations beforehand.

The ceremony took place in the gorgeous Music Room, accompanied by the poignant harp playing of Claire Dibble. Louise Joachim from Wendy House Flowers made an amazing bouquet and table arrangements. The stylish photographer was Zosia Zaharia -- I was so happy to be working with such wonder women!

Having a Celebrant also meant that Shannon's delay of 90 minutes due to an issue with her wedding dress was not a problem! The couple also were allowed to have photographs taken of themselves and their witnesses signing the ceremonial certificate.

Really a total pleasure from start to finish."

We love how Ana can incorporate whatever couples feel is important into their ceremony and you can have a mix of religious and non religious reading, poems, songs etc. The possibilities are endless! For more information check out Ana's page Kelly Celebrant
